In parallel with composing, I maintain a painting practice that explores many of the same ideas present in my music: atmosphere, space, abstraction, and long-form structure. These works are not illustrations of specific projects, but part of a shared creative language that informs how I think about color, density, contrast, and form.

Painting functions as a slower, more tactile counterpoint to music-making, and often feeds back into my compositional process — influencing orchestration, pacing, and the way I shape musical space.
